Fresh, local and prepared daily. We source 95% of our produce locally. Organic where we can, free range and if it needs cooking its in the wood fire oven. Below is an example of the types of food that get prepared daily but it changes depending on the fisherman’s catch. We also are working on an extensive vegan menu and can cater for any dietary requirements.
