Fresh, local and prepared daily. We source 95% of our produce locally. Organic where we can, free range and if it needs cooking its in the wood fire oven. We arrived to DBV by boat after a short flight from Nairobi. The atmosphere upon arrival was hard to describe... Maybe something like luxury eco-lodging... Rachel, the owner, hosted us in a very warm way. The staff were always looking out to make sure we were happy and the food... Well the food... Fresh, modern yet sim...
